Millpond Park Plaza (Phase III)

The City of Fenton is soliciting bids for the Millpond Park Plaza project, Phase III. This project involves comprehensive park improvements, including the demolition of existing site features. The scope of work encompasses the construction of amphitheater-style concrete seat walls, several retaining walls, concrete paving, and the installation of brick pavers. Additional work includes the construction of a wood deck, upgrades to the lighting system, extensive landscaping and planting beds, and the installation of various site furnishings.
