Public Works Facility Service Door Replacements

The City of Rolling Meadows is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to furnish and install exterior service doors at the Rolling Meadows Public Works facility. Bids received include McCann Window and Door at $38,000.00 and Pace Company at $29,898.00. All work performed for this project is applicable to Prevailing Wage. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a bid bond, executed by a corporate surety company, a bank cashier's check or a certified check payable to the "City of Rolling Meadows" for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Proposals must be submitted by 11:00 A.M. Central Daylight Savings Time on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to the City Clerk at 3600 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, with the subject line "PUBLIC WORKS SERVICE DOOR REPLACEMENT SEALED BID."
