Galvanized Steel Transmission Poles

Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC) is seeking bids for the procurement of Build America, Buy America (BABA)-compliant galvanized steel transmission poles. These poles are intended to support a federally funded grid resilience project. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the PWC Administration Building, Conference Room 107, at 955 Old Wilmington Road, Fayetteville, NC 28301, by 2:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Specifications and bid documents are available on the PWC Procurement Website: https://www.faypwc.com/bids/. Written questions regarding the bid must be submitted to Shelby Lesane at procurement@faypwc.com no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, May 4, 2026. The PWC reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Small Local Suppliers (SLS), Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.
