Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) requires fabrication services for 27 government-designed parts and assemblies for the T6B Simulated Power Control Levers (T6B-PCL). These parts will be manufactured according to provided Technical Data Package (TDP) design files, which include 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models and associated drawings. The fabrication will involve various processes including CNC machining of materials such as Aluminum 6061 and Copper C360 (Brass), as well as sheet metal work. Specific finishes like black anodize will be applied. The solicitation emphasizes adherence to precise tolerances and quality standards, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the delivery site. This is a firm-fixed-price purchase order for commercial items. Offerors must meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) Assessment requirements, have a valid SAM registration, and demonstrate acceptable past performance and price. Delivery is expected within 8 weeks after contract award. The government will evaluate proposals based on a trade-off between past performance and price, with past performance being the more important factor.
