Annual Contract for HRIS Solution

Tarrant County is soliciting proposals for a fully unified, modern Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The solution should provide integrated HR, compensation, benefit management, payroll, timekeeping, and talent management capabilities without reliance on external systems. The contract will be for an initial twenty-four (24) months, with the option for three (3) additional twelve (12) month renewals. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract duration. The purpose of this solicitation is to modernize HR systems to improve automation, accuracy, usability, compliance, and integration with existing systems like SAP.
