Description
The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) is soliciting bids for the complete replacement of thirty-eight (38) exterior windows across four units located at Sequoia Park, Sequoia Drive, Thunder Bay, Ontario. The units included in this project are 219A / 219B and 223A / 223B. Bidders are required to submit a single price that encompasses all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for the work in all four units. The project is scheduled for completion by July 31, 2026.
