New Mexico State University (NMSU), on behalf of the New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA), is soliciting proposals for a full-service advertising and marketing agency. The scope of work includes a wide range of services such as TV spot creation and placement, development of a digital 'buy local' Lookbook, promotion of a new mobile app, advertising for an annual event, content gathering for social media and website showcasing agricultural initiatives, expansion of NMDA's production agriculture content library, promotion of NMDA's pop-up store and events, coordination of "NM--Taste the Tradition(r) Chef Ambassadors" on-air promotions, creation of an educational video series, a billboard campaign, radio spots, a social media campaign, a targeted digital campaign using geofencing, and a YouTube campaign. All efforts should aim to maximize reach and impressions across New Mexico and surrounding areas, driving traffic to NMDA's website. The maximum budget for production and placement services is $150,000 for fiscal year 2026-2027. The contract will have a one-year term with options to extend for up to four additional years.
