Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Delivery Services

Anne Arundel County is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of gasoline and diesel fuel to various county facilities. Deliveries will be made via transport and tank wagon. This is a requirements-type contract, with estimated quantities provided for reference. The intended contract start date is December 1, 2026. Bidders must have at least five years of experience in similar-sized jobs and provide three references. Deliveries are expected within 24 hours of request, with emergency deliveries required within 12 hours. Pricing will be based on the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) daily benchmark low rack price, plus a bid-based delivery fee and any applicable extra stop or emergency fees.
