Land Surveying Services

The city of Paragould is requesting statements of qualifications on behalf of the Land Bank Commission from qualified firms that have the capacity and proven experience to provide surveying services for residential properties in the city's established overlay districts. Proposals will be evaluated based on the firm's proximity to the project, familiarity with the city, qualifications of proposed team members, and prior surveying experience. The city will make its selection based on the information provided and background/reference checks made by the city. The qualification statement should include a cover letter, general firm qualifications, and similar surveying experience. Statements of qualifications should not exceed 10 pages.
