Collection and Resale of Withdrawn Library Materials

The City of Dallas is soliciting proposals for a contract to provide collection, transportation, and resale services for withdrawn library materials from the Dallas Public Library. This contract is anticipated to be for a term of five years, with two additional one-year renewal options. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period.
