Cellular and Mobile Telephone Services for U.S. Embassy Belgrade

This is a pre-solicitation notice for cellular/mobile telephone services for the United States Embassy in Belgrade. The anticipated performance period includes a base year and two one-year option periods. The government intends to award a firm fixed-price type contract based on comparative evaluation of initial offers, without discussion.
