IDIQ Painting Services for Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka and Atsugi, Japan

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Far East intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for painting construction services. This contract will cover various locations at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and Atsugi, Japan. The scope of work includes providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for painting services. Projects may involve repair or replacement work, removal and reinstallation, and the application of ultra-high performance protective coatings. All work will be accomplished through task orders issued against the base IDIQ contract. The contract will be performed entirely in Japan, and offerors must be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan, holding a valid construction license. The estimated magnitude for the contract is between JPY5,000,000,000 and JPY10,000,000,000, with a minimum guarantee of JPY1,000,000. Individual task orders are anticipated to range from JPY1,000,000 to JPY250,000,000.
