Stormwater Drainage Improvements

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is soliciting bids for stormwater drainage improvements at two of its multifamily locations in Omaha, Nebraska. The project is divided into two lots: Lot 1 at Frances Court Apartments (3706 Frances Court) and Lot 2 at Park Villa Apartments (9455 Park Drive). Contractors have the option to bid on one or both lots. Lot 1 involves site preparation, clearing, erosion control, installation of underground concrete drainage pipes, and post-construction site restoration, including replanting grass and trees. Lot 2 includes converting the existing surface stormwater drainage system to an underground system using PVC and flexible piping, connecting to an existing storm sewer, and extensive removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete. The anticipated contract execution date is July 1, 2026, with an anticipated contract term of six months. OHA will conduct onsite pre-bid meetings at both locations the week of April 20th, with schedule details to be provided the week of April 13th.
