Retail, Grocery, Food, and Catering Vendors for Duncanville ISD

Duncanville Independent School District is requesting proposals for retail/general merchandise stores, grocery stores, food suppliers, and restaurant/catering vendors. The district aims to establish an approved list of vendors from which district employees can make purchases on an as-needed basis. This is a multi-award RFP intended to provide a broad base of vendors to select products and services to meet the district's needs. The contract term is for the 2025-2026 school year, with the possibility of three additional years (2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029) upon mutual agreement. Awards will be made to multiple vendors throughout the open period of this solicitation upon acceptance of a proposal response. The district reserves the right to postpone the deadline or reject any or all proposals.
