Prepaid Card Services for Wayne County DSS Clients

The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for prepaid card services. These services are intended for clients involved with the Wayne County Department of Social Services (DSS). Proposals can be submitted physically or by mail to the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, located at 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489. Alternatively, submissions can be made electronically through the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/co-wayne-ny-us. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 2:00 pm prevailing time. Electronic copies of proposal forms and specifications can be obtained from the County's eProcurement Portal or by emailing a request to purchasing@co.wayne.ny.us.
