FCI La Tuna FY26 Q4 Fruits and Vegetables

This solicitation is for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, for fruits and vegetables to be delivered to FCI La Tuna. The Federal Bureau of Prisons will award items individually, and more than one item may be awarded to a single contractor. Evaluation will be based on past performance and price, with a strong emphasis on past performance. Vendors without poor past performance will be considered the best value, even if their price is not the lowest. All deliveries must be palletized and meet specific temperature requirements for perishable, canned, and frozen goods. Substitutions to specifications are prohibited, and items failing to meet specifications will be refused. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, on a first-come, first-served basis, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Items must be delivered by July 1, 2026, and no later than July 15, 2026.
