HDPE Pipe for Natural Gas Distribution - Supply Only

Clark Engineers, on behalf of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District, is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of 12-inch and 10-inch High Density PE 4710, Iron Pipe Size DR 11, for natural gas distribution service. This material is intended for use in the construction of a Gas Main Relocation Project in Waynesboro, Mississippi. The owner will provide means for unloading the pipe at the designated location. The pipe must meet ASTM D2513 standards and comply with ASTM D3350 requirements, with a minimum cell classification of 445574C or better, as per PPI TR-4. Additionally, the pipe must be manufactured in accordance with 49 CFR Part 192 - Transportation of Natural and Other Gas by Pipeline, meeting minimum Federal Standards. Manufacturer identification and traceability markings must be in accordance with ASTM F2897. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Local Time on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to the Board Room of the Chickasawhay Natural Gas District Office at 306 South Archusa Avenue, Quitman, Mississippi. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Proposals will be valid for thirty (30) days after submission.
