Natural Gas Transportation Services for Astoria Power Plant

This solicitation is for the transportation of natural gas on a firm or interruptible basis, at the option of the Power Authority of New York (NYPA), for use at its 500 MW power plant located in Astoria, Queens, New York. Qualifications will be accepted on a continuous basis. The required transportation services include delivery from the production area to existing interstate pipeline connections with the New York Facilities System, as well as capacity release on pipelines that deliver to the NY Citygate and Long Island.
