Charter Flights for Snow College Football Team - Fall 2026

Snow College is re-soliciting bids for charter flight services for its football team for the Fall 2026 away games. All flights must depart from and return to Provo Municipal Airport (PVU/KPVU) and be non-stop. Aircraft must meet all FAA regulations and be all-weather capable, with qualified crews and flight attendants provided. The aircraft must accommodate a minimum of 125 passengers, have a payload of at least 34,000 lbs, and offer Wi-Fi service, though Wi-Fi is preferred. Passengers will receive a minimum baggage allowance of one 30 lb checked bag and one 10 lb carry-on, plus team gear. Snacks and drinks will be provided on all flights. The contractor must be capable of adjusting departure times due to potential changes in game schedules or other factors. Proof of confirmed aircraft documentation will be required before contract award. No additional charges will be allowed after the bid is awarded.
