Annual Contract for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services

Tarrant County is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial real estate brokerage firms to provide a range of services. These services may include representing Tarrant County as a seller's or buyer's agent in real estate transactions, as well as acting as an owner's or lessee's agent for leases. The scope of work also encompasses performing commercial real estate market analysis, developing marketing strategies, and providing consultations regarding real estate projects. The contract will be for an initial term of twelve (12) months, with Tarrant County holding the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract duration. Vendors are required to observe and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations. Awarded vendors will also be responsible for ensuring their compliance with any laws and regulations applicable to their business, including maintaining necessary licenses and permits. At the end of the contract term, awarded vendors must continue services until completion and cooperate with a successor vendor for an orderly transition.
