Fixed Base Operator Lease for Central Wyoming Regional Airport

The Central Wyoming Regional Airport (RIW) is soliciting proposals from qualified entities for a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) lease. The selected FBO will operate from airport-owned facilities located at 4800 Airport Road, Riverton, Wyoming. The lease agreement will cover the use and operation of fuel tanks and related equipment, as well as a building lot space for the FBO terminal. The scope of services includes providing aircraft fueling (Avgas and Jet A), maintenance services, ramp services, and monitoring Unicom requests. The FBO will also be responsible for maintaining the fuel farm, including routine maintenance and addressing fuel quality issues. Proposals should detail the FBO's business plan, financial viability, experience, and proposed lease considerations, including base lease payments and fuel flowage fees. The selection process will be based on criteria including financial viability, FBO experience, business operations plan, personnel qualifications, and proposal completeness.
