Heavy Equipment Rental Services for Eielson AFB

This solicitation is for the lease of heavy construction equipment to support the 354th Range Squadron (RANS) mission at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The period of performance is estimated to be 61 calendar days, from June 15, 2026, to August 15, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision for the lease of fully functional heavy equipment vehicles. All leased equipment must be manufactured in 2015 or newer and meet specified salient characteristics. The contractor is responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including parts, labor, and fluids, at no additional cost to the government. Emergency service calls for malfunctioning equipment must be responded to within 24 hours, with a replacement vehicle provided within 48 hours if the equipment cannot be repaired. The specific equipment required includes three 30-ton articulated rock trucks, one all-wheel-drive motor grader with rippers, one small crawler dozer, one large crawler dozer, one hydraulic excavator, two vibratory soil compactors, and two 4,000-gallon water trucks. Delivery and pickup of equipment will be at Building 2721, Central Avenue, Eielson AFB, AK 99702, or the Yukon Training Area (YTA) at Eielson AFB, AK.
