The General Services Administration (GSA) is looking to lease approximately 1,500 to 1,575 square feet of warehouse space, along with a small wareyard (0.05 to 0.0525 acres), in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The space must accommodate the storage of gas-powered equipment and include roll-up door access for vehicles, restrooms, electricity, and running water. The lease will be a fully serviced lease and must meet all government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Additionally, the offered space must not be located within a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. The lease will have a 3-year firm term and a 10-year full term, with no option terms required. Entities are reminded to comply with telecommunications prohibitions outlined in Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act.
