Annual Small Contract for Air Permitting Engineering Services

The Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms for annual small-scope professional engineering services. These services may include routine projects with varying costs, generally funded by revenues, and are expected to cover disciplines such as air permitting.
