The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting bids for asbestos abatement services. This contract will cover the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and Category II non-friable materials in buildings and structures owned or acquired by ODOT, in accordance with all state, federal, and local regulations. Projects will be located across the State of Oklahoma. Vendors must possess a current Oklahoma Department of Labor (ODOL) license for asbestos abatement, and all abatement personnel must hold ODOL certification. Abatement supervisors must have at least five years of experience. The contract period is set to begin July 1, 2026, and run through June 30, 2027, with potential for up to three one-year renewals at a negotiated price escalation not to exceed 2%.
