Baugo 2026 District Paving Project

Baugo Community Schools in Elkhart County, Indiana is soliciting sealed bids for the Baugo 2026 District Paving project. Bids must be submitted to the Baugo Community Schools Administration Office by 1:00 p.m. local time on May 5, 2026, at which time they will be opened and tabulated. Construction documents have been prepared by Barton-Coe-Vilamaa, Architect and Engineers, Inc., and can be obtained by contacting their office. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of their maximum bid. Successful bidders will also be required to furnish an approved Performance Bond, a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond, which shall remain in effect for twelve months after substantial completion. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, provided the bid is reasonable and in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
