Description

The Nevada Division of State Lands (NDSL) is soliciting sealed written bids to purchase a 0.48-acre vacant property located at 161 Bluecrest Drive, Spring Creek, Nevada 89815. The minimum acceptable bid is $38,500.00, based on an appraisal dated October 27, 2025. Sealed bids must be received by NDSL by Friday, May 29, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM PST. Sealed bids will be opened at the property address on June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by an oral auction. The successful bidder will be responsible for reimbursement of appraisal and advertising expenses, estimated at $5,000.00, and must deposit ten percent (10%) of the successful bid value to escrow within five (5) business days. This sale is conducted pursuant to NRS 321.335.
