Materials Testing and Lab Analysis for Concrete Foundations

The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) is soliciting responses from qualified materials testing laboratories. These laboratories will be expected to possess expertise in testing concrete foundations for pyrrhotite and structural integrity. The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a list of approved laboratories. This list will serve an indefinite quantity of potential users, including property owners and buyers in Central and Eastern Connecticut, who require testing for pyrrhotite and structural integrity in their property's concrete foundations. Vendors who have previously been approved for the Crumbling Foundations list are not required to reapply.
