Subsistence, Bread, Eggs, and Dairy

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution FCI Ashland, is issuing a solicitation for FY26 4th Quarter Subsistence, which includes bread, eggs, and dairy products. Bread will be delivered weekly. The performance period is from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Award will be based on the quote most advantageous to the Government, considering specifications, past performance, and price. Offerors must provide a firm-fixed price including all shipping and processing costs. Orders over $15,000 will be paid via EFT; orders $15,000 and under will be paid via Government Purchase Card. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov and ensure their Representations and Certifications are current.
