Concrete Pipe and Collection/Distribution Pipe & Fittings

The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is soliciting sealed bids for concrete pipe and collection and distribution pipe & fittings. The unit prices for these items will be effective from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Bids must be submitted on official bid forms, either paper or electronic, obtained from the Purchasing Agent's office, via email, or through the parish's website. Louisiana materials, supplies, and provisions are given preference if quality is equal to competitors outside the state. The Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may hold bids for up to 45 days for review and investigation before making an award. Official action will be taken at a Regular Meeting within 45 days of the bid opening. Minority-owned firms, women-owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Accommodations for individuals with disabilities must be requested at least seven days prior to the bid opening.
