West New York Board of Education Competitive Contracting Services

The West New York Board of Education is seeking sealed competitive contract proposals for unspecified services. Submissions must include one original paper copy and a compact disc or USB containing all documents in PDF format. The envelope must be clearly marked with the proposal service and time period being submitted. Proposals must be delivered to the Business Office of the West New York Board of Education by Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The opening process will begin at that time in the Board of Education Conference Room. Proposals may be submitted prior to the opening meeting. Respondents must comply with all requirements, including IRS Form W-9, Business Registration Certificate (BRC), C.271 Political Contribution Disclosure Form, Stockholder Disclosure Certificate, Affirmative Action Compliance Notice, Exhibit A, and Non-Collusion Affidavit. Corporate respondents must also submit a list of stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock, as well as a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification. Failure to complete and submit all required forms may result in disqualification. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
