HVAC Repair Parts - Non Warehouse Stock

Round Rock Independent School District is seeking bid responses for HVAC repair parts and supplies that are not typically held in a warehouse. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. This contract replaces contract 22-014, which expires on 09/30/2025. All vendors under contract 22-014 are required to respond to this new RFP to continue doing business with the district.
