Atrium Glass Replacement Project

Western Wyoming Community College District is soliciting sealed bids for the Atrium Glass Replacement Project. The project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 139 4'x4' glass units, 276 2'x2' glass units, and 69 30"x60" vertical roof units within the atrium. This scope includes replacing all fasteners on cladding, all stripping, moldings, and applicable caulking to ensure a watertight seal. The tint pattern will match the existing Dark Bronze/LOE - 1" OA TEMP LT Bronze/LOE- 1" OA TEMP. The winning contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, including lifts, scaffolding, and hoists, and for maintaining a safe work environment.
