On-Call Statewide Operational Improvement Contracts

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking consultants to provide on-call engineering services for operational improvements across various districts. This includes evaluating and addressing traffic inefficiencies through analyses such as approach delay, intersection delay, network delay, capacity analysis, and crash data analysis. The scope also encompasses safety data collection, review of best practices, and identifying projects for national and state funding. The prime consultant must be prequalified by GDOT in specific area classes, including Traffic Operations Studies and Design, and Non-Motorized Transportation Planning.
