New Marquee Sign at Fitzpatrick Elementary School

Montgomery Public Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of a new marquee sign at Fitzpatrick Elementary School. Bidders are required to visit the site and examine existing conditions prior to submitting their proposal. General contractors must possess general liability and workman's compensation insurance. Bids should exclude taxes and be submitted on provided proposal forms. A bid bond or certified check payable to Montgomery Public Schools, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid but not exceeding $10,000.00, must accompany each proposal. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds will be required upon contract signing. Bidders must be licensed under Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and display their license number on the outside of the sealed bid envelope.
