Clinical Sciences Building Lower-Level Build-Out Furniture and Equipment

Minnesota State University, Mankato is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide furniture and equipment solutions for the Clinical Sciences Building Lower-Level Build-Out. This project encompasses approximately 17,688 square feet and includes various spaces such as classrooms, offices, conference rooms, waiting rooms, lounges, and study spaces. Selected vendors will collaborate with Minnesota State University, Mankato and Perkins&Will to finalize FF&E solutions, focusing on design development, product selection, pricing, and scheduling. Key requirements for vendors include detailing their design fee structure, discount policies, installation processes, delivery timeframes, value-added services, product quality, sustainability compliance (Minnesota B3 Guidelines and ANSI/BIFMA standards), team experience, and financial stability. Prevailing wage rates will apply to this project. The contract is anticipated to be effective June 15, 2026, with a term of up to five years.
