FY26 4th Quarter Bread for FCI Cumberland

This solicitation is for the supply of fresh bread, hamburger buns, and hot dog buns for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Cumberland, Maryland, during the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. Deliveries will be made weekly, with specific quantities to be provided by the Food Services Administrator. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Awards will be made on a best-value basis, considering price, past performance, and specifications. All items must be delivered by the required date, as failure to do so will result in cancellation and negatively impact future past performance evaluations. Any shipping and restocking fees will be the responsibility of the vendor.
