Performing Arts Supplies, Equipment, and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for performing arts supplies, equipment, and services. This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation is intended for use by EPIC6 members and future members to procure these items on an "as needed" basis. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. EPIC6 aims to contract with reliable vendors offering a wide range of performing arts-related products and services, including but not limited to music stands, studio mirrors, dance wear, costume rental, staging, lighting, and inspections. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to ensure members have access to the best options based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery. Proposals must achieve a minimum score of 70 points to be considered for an award.
