Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of Tucson is requesting proposals from qualified firms for specialized landscape and maintenance services for Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) assets on public property. These services include routine maintenance of GSI assets such as inlets, outlets, earthworks, and vegetation, ensuring they are clear of debris and vegetation, and that rockwork is structurally sound. Contractors will follow procedures outlined in the City's GSI Maintenance Manual and Landscape Maintenance Manual. Services may encompass routine GSI landscape and structure maintenance, certified herbicide application, rainwater harvesting cistern maintenance, consultation, outreach, instruction, data collection, GSI reconstruction, manual or truck watering, and irrigation system oversight and repair. This is an open and continuous solicitation through April 10, 2030, with proposals accepted at any time. Successful offerors will be placed on the City's Qualified Vendor List for GSI Landscape Maintenance and will be issued work orders through the City of Tucson Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System.
