Farmers Market Bags

The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry is seeking bids for custom-printed t-shirt and produce bags. The t-shirt bags must be white, 0.65 mil thick, and approximately 12" x 7" x 23", with a one-color green Oklahoma Grown Logo imprint on one side, packaged in boxes of 1,000. The produce bags must be clear, 15 mic thick, and approximately 12"w x 18"l, either on a roll with or without a cardboard core, also with a one-color green Oklahoma Grown Logo imprint on one side, packaged in boxes of 1,000. Bids must include all costs for print plates, setup, fees, shipping, and handling, as well as information regarding potential overages. The bags must be delivered by June 5, 2026, to 3421 N. Walnut Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73105. The delivery driver must contact Brady Womack at 405-886-8093 three days in advance, and the delivery truck must have a lift gate. The award will be made to a single vendor on a lowest and best value basis, with no split bids.
