Vision Insurance for City of Maple Grove Employees

The City of Maple Grove is seeking proposals for vision insurance coverage. Proposals must be submitted via email by 12:00 Noon (CST) on May 28th, 2026, and should be labeled 'Proposal- City of Maple Grove Vision RFP 2027'. Further information necessary for underwriting is available from NFP at (651) 287-6218. The City reserves the right to waive formalities, reject proposals, request clarifications, accept the proposal deemed in its best interest, and postpone or extend the due date. This RFP is being made under cooperative purchasing.
