Town of Farmington Project Bids

This solicitation is for the Town of Farmington, which is seeking bids for an upcoming project. A bid security of 5% of the total bid price is required, as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Additionally, payment and performance bonds will be necessary upon contract signing, as specified in the Contract Documents. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any bids. Bidders cannot withdraw their bids within 60 days after the opening date. This contract may be funded in part by the Maine DOT Municipal Partnership Initiative, and thus may contain requirements from this funding agency. The Town's award of any contract is contingent upon final financial agreements between the Town and the funding agency. The project scope may be adjusted to align with available funding.
