Statement of Qualifications for Professional Design Services

Lorain County, Ohio is requesting statements of qualifications from professional design firms interested in providing engineering, surveying, and architectural services for various county-directed projects. Firms should submit their qualifications to be kept on file for future contracting opportunities. The county will issue an annual request to update these statements. Qualification statements will be evaluated based on history, key personnel, client and project experience, ODOT pre-qualification status, computer hardware and software capabilities, and other relevant information as detailed in the Statement of Qualifications for Professional Services Summary Sheet. Firms are limited to 30 pages for their submissions.
