Fresh Produce Supply for Sitter and Barfoot Veterans Care Center

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals to establish a contract for the provision of fresh fruit and produce for the Sitter and Barfoot Veterans Care Center (SBVCC). The successful bidder will be responsible for furnishing and delivering fresh produce in accordance with specified terms and conditions. All produce must be fresh, in premium condition, and comply with federal and state regulations. Substandard or damaged products will not be accepted. Deliveries are expected 2-3 times per week between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., with orders placed on demand and delivery required within three days. The contract will be for one year with four optional one-year renewal terms.
