Printing Services, Offset and Digital

The State of Rhode Island is soliciting proposals from qualified printers to establish an open enrollment vendor list for offset and digital printing services. This list will be used by state agencies, quasi-public agencies, municipalities, and school districts for large print jobs, on-demand printing, and projects requiring high-quality printed graphics with various options for size, materials, and finishes. Vendors must be capable of performing all offset and digital printing tasks at their own facilities; bids from jobbers or brokers will not be considered. Proposals are evaluated on a pass/fail basis, with an initial deadline of September 26th, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST.
