Construction Trades Building New Construction

Battle Ground School District #119 is soliciting bids for the new construction of an approximately 8,100 square foot wood-framed building. This new facility will be located on the Battle Ground High School campus and will house classrooms, shops, and support areas for construction trades vocational training. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on June 2, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond, including Washington State sales tax, from a surety company acceptable to the Owner. The District reserves the right to accept the lowest responsive bid from a responsible bidder, waive informalities, and reject any or all bids.
