Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services

The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM), is procuring services for elevator repair and maintenance for equipment located in multiple parking facilities across Sacramento. The services required include preventative maintenance, repairs, 24/7 phone response, emergency entrapment response, glass cleaning, and testing. The contract is anticipated to be for a 60-month term, with bidder rates remaining in effect for the entire duration. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and possess a valid C-11 Elevator Contractor license. Additionally, bidders must meet insurance requirements and provide three or more references for similar projects completed within the last five years. A Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal of 3% is also required.
