Fresh Bread and Bakery Products Support for Military Customers in Alabama

This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support's Subsistence Produce and Market Fresh Program. Products must meet specific freshness requirements, including the use of mold inhibitors and adherence to commercial standards for temperature maintenance. Offerors are expected to propose on all items for each group they wish to bid on, and proposals must be responsive and free from deficiencies. The contract will support customers at Fort Rucker and potentially other locations in Alabama. Vendors will be required to interface with the Subsistence Total Order & Receipt Electronic System (STORES) for ordering and invoicing.
