Description

The City of Huntington Beach is requesting proposals to establish a contract for State and Federal Legislative Advocacy Services. The services are intended to commence on or about September 6, 2026, with a potential completion date of September 5, 2029. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to one additional one-year period and may issue additional solicitations for services with niche experience for special projects. Huntington Beach is a full-service charter city located in Orange County, California. The City Council, comprised of the Mayor and six elected City Council members, is responsible for the overall policies and direction of the City. The City Manager, appointed by the City Council, administers City programs and ensures efficient service delivery.
