Invitation to Qualify: Infrastructure Support Services

The City of Pittsburgh is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and firms for open-ended contracts for various Professional Service categories, including Network Activities Support and System Administration Support. Firms may submit qualifications for any number of categories, and the City may award multiple categories to a single firm. Once under contract, selected firms will be able to submit proposals for work order requests. Services may include conceptual design, implementation, modification, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure components such as firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points, as well as system administration tasks like server, hypervisor, storage, backup, Active Directory, and cloud deployment/configuration/support. Documentation of all design, implementation, and maintenance activities is a required cost component of the support.
